Royal Thai Consulate-General, Fukuoka visits the University

On Wednesday, July 27, 2022, Mr. Sort Sukthaworn, Consul-General and Ms. Pornpun Pupiangjai, Consul from Royal Thai Consulate-General, Fukuoka visited the University and had a meeting with President Mutsumi Nishida and Prof. Noriyuki Suzuki, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

The Consul-General expressed his gratitude to the University for accepting Thai students, and President Nishida explained the exchanges which have been conducted between the University and Thai. They exchanged their opinions for future collaboration.

After the meeting with the President, the Consul-General and his delegation met six Thai students who are studying at the University and exchanged opinions on their academic and daily life. The Consul General gave words of encouragement to the students “I hope you have various experiences during your study in Japan and make use of the experience for your future.”
