In order to reduce the burden of local communities and to accelerate the vaccination, we would like to conduct the University Mass Vaccination (3rd inoculation) as follows.
Please check the reference “Vaccination Guide” about the vaccination procedure.
The latest information is updated on the University Mass Vaccination page on our university website (https://www.u-ryukyu.ac.jp/aboutus/ryudai_vaccine/). Please keep yourself updated on further information.
1 Period: From Thursday, May 26 to Saturday, May 28
Thursday, June 2 to Saturday, June 4
Thursday, June 9 to Sunday, June 12
(Substitution day in case of a typhoon, etc.: Mon, Jun 13 & Wed, Jun 15)
※Pre-registration is required. Notice of registration and registration webpage URL will be announced sequentially on “On-Campus Information Bulletin Board” (in Japanese), “Sending Out Mass Emails to Students via Kyomu System,” or “Sending Out Emails to Faculty and Staff Members,” etc. on Wednesday, April 27.
2 Time: 9:00 – 12:00
3 Place: Zenhoren Station (University Hall) 3rd FLR, Senbaru Campus
4 Subjects: Those who are 18 years of age or older on the day of vaccination and have been vaccinated for 7 months after receiving the 2nd dose of vaccine, and who fall into one of the following and wish to get vaccinated.
・UR Students & Faculty and Staff members (incl. part-time staff, contractors, and temporary workers, etc.)
・Neighboring students and etc. (being adjusted)
