Okinawa Regional Committee for Promotion of International Student Exchange was establish in 1988 aiming to promote exchanges with international students in Okinawa and the local communities. Main activities of the committee are; promotion of accepting international students, improving study and living environments for international students, promoting exchange with international students and the local communities, enlightening people in the local communities and promoting mutual understanding. The annual meeting of the committee and a friendship party are held once a year and this year's meeting and party will be held as follows:

  Date: Nov. 18 (Wed.) 16:00〜17:00
  Place: Hotel Nikko Naha Grand Castle (Room Shurei)
  *Only committee members and representatives from member organizations
• Friendship Party of Okinawa Regional Committee for Promotion of International Student Exchange
  Date: Nov. 18 (Wed.) 17:30〜19:30
  Place: Hotel Nikko Naha Grand Castle (Room Shuri)
• Participation Fees (Friendship Party)
  International Students: free admission
  Japanese Students: 500 yen
  Others: 1,000 yen
