Summary
The presenter will talk about the keys to realizing Okinawan economic independence that that he developed while running his business, which he started while he was a student. He will also discuss the future of Okinawa and the direction it should go.
Profile of the Presenter

While a student at Okinawa International University, an economics faculty, Mr. Hiyane was mesmerized by the possibilities of the Internet, and he developed a student portal site and produced original services for companies.
In 1977, he participated in the planning of a softwear development company and became the director. Atter that, he set up the Lexues Inc. He made a company that can be pass muster in all of Japan by developing Internet sevices and operating them.
From 2008, which was 10 years after the establishment of the company, using the human resource training project “IT Frogs,” which he advocated, he sent Okinawan students to Silicon Valley, which is the world center of the IT industry, to do training.
He is a next-era leader who is helping influence the direction of the world from Okinawa.
